Welcome to the coaching program! I hope you find it very helpful in addressing your plantar fasciitis. Perform the exercises carefully every day for 10 to 15 minutes. It may take a few days to get used to the movements, but consistency is key. Ensure you are doing the exercises correctly to determine their effectiveness.

The second exercise is an isolated extension of the big toe. The purpose is to teach the big toe to move separately from the other toes. This is a classic exercise for activating deep ankle and foot muscles. It's really helpful for acute plantar fasciitis symptoms.
